OUR PRODUCTS


We offer several payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

DELIVERY


Our online store automatically calculates the best shipping routes, rates, and handlers to make sure you receive your goods quickly and cheaply. We usually ship orders within 48-72 hours, and depending on the shipping options you choose, you should receive them within 3-10 business days. Most products ship the next day and are received in 3-5 business days.

Returns

REPLACEMENT


If you received defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us at f2dfitness@gmail.com and provide a photo of the products that you received to confirm the condition of your order. Our team will provide replacement assistance.

If your order experienced problems with shipping or delivery, please reach out via email. To receive timely assistance, please provide your order number and confirm your full shipping address in your information form.

Please contact us regarding any assistance you require within 30 days of your order’s purchase date. After 30 days we are unable to guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance can be offered to remediate the order issue you experienced.

Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to return your order within 30 days of receipt of your product without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for returning an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

  • The goods show no signs of use and are free from smells and odors

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example, goods that deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must contact us via email to receive a return authorization number. At that time we will give you the warehouse to ship the product back too. If you would like us to create a return shipping label for you, we can deduct that from your refund; just let us know at the time you are requesting the refund/return.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift code will be emailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

RETURNS


We only accept the return of orders that are unopened, unused, and within 60 days of their delivery.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
